portable service based out Staffordshire, we can bring our 3D scanning and CAD
modelling expertise to your site.
The data we provide can then
be used to create new designs from existing and even obsolete product
ranges or components that may have been developed pre CAD software, including conversion of 2D Legacy drawings to 3D models.
3D Scanning for: Reverse
engineering of parts/ body works or even glass, Allowing for comparison of
manufactured parts to original CAD data, Producing class A surfaces, To
aid surface reconstruction of damaged or degraded parts, Digital Achieving, Shape acquisition of clay models or other prototype parts, all of
which is carried out through a non-contact method.
STL conversion: to allow
easy transfer of CAD data into customers own 3D CAD package, if required.
Design & CAD
modelling: On or off site using SolidWorks premium or on site for those
customers using Unigraphics (NX2 to NX 8.5).
