What happens next?

You will shortly receive an email confirming your contact details. Please double check this information as it will be used to ship the USB stick. If you spot any errors please contact the upgrade team at upgrades@solidsolutions.ie.

We will process and ship your USB just as soon as they are ready, this is usually mid/late December.

You can still use the upgrade link from the upgrade page should you need to upgrade before you receive the USB stick.
